Defendant Paul Myrhow (Myrhow) appeals the denial of his motion Page 231 to dismiss for failure to state an offense. Myrhow contends that the State of Montana (State) granted him immunity from prosecution for deviate sexual conduct in exchange for his cooperation in the investigation of another sex offender. We affirm.
